Welcome to my webpage!

I am a political scientist whose research interests lie at the intersection between political behaviour, comparative politics and research methods. I am particularly interested in questions of individual preference formation, political representation, and mass-elite linkages. I have been exploring these questions with a focus on immigration, a highly divisive issue in many European countries. My work has been published in international political science journals such as the European Journal of Political ResearchWest European Politics, Government and OppositionParty Politics, or the Journal of Elections, Public Opinion and Parties.

Prior to holding a MarĂa Zambrano Postdoctoral Fellowship at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Department of Political and Social Sciences (2022-2024), I had joined the European University Institute (Florence, Italy) as a Research Fellow (2020-2022) and a Max Weber Postdoctoral Fellow (2018-2020).  I received my PhD in Political and Social Sciences from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in November 2018.
