Welcome to my webpage!
I am a political scientist specialising in political representation, political behaviour and public opinion. I received my PhD in Political Science from Pompeu Fabra University in November 2018. From September 2018 to the end of March 2020, I was a Max Weber Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Political and Social Sciences at the European University Institute. In April 2020, I joined the Migration Policy Centre at the Robert Schuman Centre at the European University Institute as research fellow on the MEDAM project.
In my research I am exploring the mass-elites linkage, focusing in particular on the immigration issue. Some of my research has been published in Party Politics and the Journal of Elections, Public Opinion and Parties.
During my doctoral studies, I was a Visiting Fellow at the University of Essex, Department of Government, and researcher at the Research and Expertise Centre for Survey Methodology at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. I chaired a panel on Public Opinion, Policies and Responsiveness at the 2019 ECPR General Conference and I am currently organising a Multidisciplinary Research Workshop on ‘Migration in Historical and Contemporary Perspectives‘.
