Biography

I am a PhD Researcher at the Department of Social and Political Sciences. My research interests lie on the intersection of labour economics, labour market, industrial and social policies, the political economy of the welfare state and comparative European politics.

In my PhD thesis I examine the performance and impact of labour market institutions on unemployment and atypical employment in EU member states in the last 3 decades.

I hold an MSc in Economics from the University College London and an MRes in Economics from the  European University Institute. I have worked for the World Bank, the UNDP, the European Center for Minority Issues and the European Commission.

When I don’t conduct research I love dancing, writing, cooking, hiking and travelling.
