Public historian. Decolonial and antiracist activism.
My research interests include the history gender, sexuality, race, colonialism, (de)coloniality, East Africa, colonial memory and legacies in Europe. I engage with postcolonial, decolonial and intersectional approaches. My dissertation focuses on the history of cross-cultural intimacy, imperial migration and race in Kenya under British rule (1895-1920s).
