Research

Gregor’s current research interests revolve around such areas as international and comparative human rights law, discrimination law, the death penalty, international criminal law, transitional justice and international(ised) courts.

As a Max Weber Fellow at the EUI he is working on the project which explores the relationship of the right to equality before the law and freedom from discrimination on the one hand and global courts – such as the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court – on the other.
