I am a PhD candidate at the Law Department of the European University Institute (EUI) in Florence, Italy. I am currently working on my PhD project ‘The Concept of Responsibility in Union Citizenship Law’ under the supervision of Professor Deirdre Curtin.
Before coming to the EUI, I obtained my law degree at Durham University (UK). In 2015, I completed the LLM programme at the EUI and transferred to the EUI’s doctoral programme in April 2015. As part of my PhD, I spent August to December 2016 as a Grotius Research Scholar at the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
I am a Research Associate at GLOBALCIT and Senior Editor for the European Journal of Legal Studies. My research interests include EU constitutional law, citizenship, free movement and internal market law.
