I was honoured to accept the invitation to join the editorial board of the European Law Blog on 24th January 2017. On the same day, the UK Supreme Court published its highly-anticipated judgment in the Miller appeal regarding whether the UK Government could trigger Article 50 TEU to withdraw from the European Union without the involvement of the UK Parliament. Accordingly, I have written a case-note of the judgment including a concise summary, and some further observations on the EU law relevant aspects of the decision. The related post on the European Law Blog.
