Research

I essentially work on constitutional law. I have studied on both institutional and right-based aspects of the field such as parliamentary privileges and right to a fair trial. Likewise, my doctoral thesis examined judicial protection of constitutional social rights in detail whereas I studied constitutional reform in the UK for my masters. On the other hand, throughout my academic journey, my research have mostly focused on comparative constitutional law. Thus, I am inevitably engaged with human rights law and current comparative developments. Since I enjoy to learn about other legal systems, my research tends to head towards comparative constitutionalism increasingly.
