I’m Doctoral Researcher in Law at the European University Institute. My research focuses on the intersection of competition law, intellectual property and sectoral regulation in the pharmaceutical industry. I am also interested in innovation theory and regulation of artificial intelligence (AI) & big data.

I hold an LL.M. in Comparative, European and International Laws from the European University Institute (2023) and an LL.M. in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (2021).

From 2018 to 2019 I participated in the Program for Legislative Research of the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria. In my capacity as researcher I prepared comparative legal reports for the legislature in the fields of pharmaceutical regulation, citizenship and spatial planning.

Since 2022 I am member of Dynamic Competition Initiative (DCI) – a  research collaboration between European University Institute, University of California, Berkeley and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. I am also part of the interdisciplinary research cluster ‘Technological Change and Society’ at the EUI and member of Academic Society for Competition Law (ASCOLA).
