Researcher and Dr. in European Union Law

Home
I am a researcher in European Union Law, focusing on the internal market, free movement law and the judicial law-making methods of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
I recently defended my PhD thesis called 'Adjudicating Diversity: The internal market and the acceptance of national diversity claims by the Court of Justice of the European Union', which introduces a conceptual framework to analyze the Court of Justice's adjudication of situations of conflicts of norms between national and European rules in free movement, State aid, and competition law.
I hold an L.L.M Degree in European Legal Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges as well as a Masters Degree in Economic European Law from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.
