I’m a Phd Researcher at the EUI in Florence. For my thesis I’m trying to write a transnational history of knowledge under Norwegian social democracy from 1945 to about 1972, focusing on how various social scientific ideas and doctrines, circulating transnationally, were taken hold of and used politically by Norwegian political actors.

Besides history I’m also interested in a few different fields, particularly sociology, political economy and anthropology. I’m a fan of transdisciplinarity, and I try to make use of and integrate literature from various disciplinary traditions in my work.
