I’m Doctoral Researcher in Law at the European University Institute. My work investigates the intersection of competition law, intellectual property, and sectoral regulation in the pharmaceutical industry. I am also interested in innovation theory, technology regulation, and law and life sciences.

I hold an LL.M. in Comparative, European, and International Laws from the European University Institute and a Master’s degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. During the period 2018 -2019, I was part of the Program for Legislative Research of the National Assembly of Bulgaria. In my capacity as researcher, I prepared comparative legal reports in the fields of pharmaceutical regulation, citizenship, and spatial planning for the legislature.

I have taught Competition Law and Intellectual Property at the European University Insitute and the University of Florence. Since 2022 I have been affiliated with Dynamic Competition Initiative (DCI) – a research collaboration founded by the University of California, Berkeley and European University Institute.
