Happy to have contributed to the 18th ASCOLA 2023 Conference at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. I had the pleasure to present my recent working paper proposing the adoption of a sector-specific essential facilities doctrine. The aim is to provide a tool for assessing unilateral conduct capable of blocking the emergence of novel antitrust markets by obstructing access to key resources.
