WINIR 2026

Was great to be back in beautiful Rome, this time to present my PhD thesis at the World Interdisciplinary Network for Institutional Research (WINIR) Young Scholars Workshop on Governing Emerging Technologies, hosted by Sapienza Università di Roma. I had the pleasure of sharing my findings on the appropriate antitrust treatment of blocking strategies in the innovation-driven segment of the pharmaceutical industry. Many thanks to everyone for the engaging discussion, and particularly to Luca Arnaudo, Giampaolo Garzarelli, Nikhilesh Sinha, and David Gindis for their insightful comments.
